To request a return or exchange, email contact@ohclocks.com.au with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Items should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged or develops a genuine fault, we’ll take care of the return at no cost to you.
Bulk orders incur higher shipping and processing costs, so we may deduct these fees if you change your mind.

Warranty & damaged goods

All our clocks include at least a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (many brands offer 2–5 years).
If your clock arrives damaged or develops a fault during the warranty period, we’ll replace it.
Please email contact@ohclocks.com.au with your order number, photos and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What happens after you order

Order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
Shipment confirmation email when your order is booked, including tracking link.
If you select ‘Authority to leave’ in the cart, your parcel may be left in a safe place if you’re not home. If not selected, a card will be left with pick-up instructions.

Silent and easy to read

I wanted a silent clock for the kids bedroom, this one is definitely silent and of course has glow in the dark kid appeal. It’s not particularly bright and only glows for a few hours after the light is switched off, typical of that glow in the dark material (what I wanted so it doesn’t keep them up all night!). Don’t expect to be able to read it in the dark all night long.

Good value, easy to read, classic appearance

Good price for a simple but attractive wall clock that won't date. Numerals are a little dim at night (see photo), but that could be a plus if it's near your TV and you like it understated when you turn off the lights. Light and easy to mount.
