How to request a price beat
- Make sure the other price is the total price, including shipping and any taxes. Some stores add extra fees at checkout.
- Email us at contact@ohclocks.com.au, or start a live chat on our site.
- In your message, include:
- the competitor link
- the total price delivered to your postcode
- your suburb and postcode so we can confirm shipping
- We’ll check the details and get back to you as soon as possible.
A few things to know
- The item must be the same brand, model, size, colour and condition.
- The competitor must be an Australian retailer with the item in stock.
- We may decline a request in some cases (for example: clearance items, coupon-only deals, marketplaces, or where the competitor’s offer is unusually low or can’t be reasonably matched).
