Once your order is dispatched, metro-area parcels are usually delivered within 1 business day, regional and remote areas take longer. Lead-up to Christmas may still cause delays.

Change of mind? Easy returns

If your purchase doesn’t quite work out, we’ve got you covered.

  • Change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Christmas gift returns extended until 31 January for purchases made 1 Nov to 31 Dec 🎅
  • To request a return or exchange, email contact@ohclocks.com.au with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  • Items should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged or develops a genuine fault, we’ll take care of the return at no cost to you.
  • Bulk orders incur higher shipping and processing costs, so we may deduct these fees if you change your mind.
    💡 If you’re unsure, it’s best to order one first before placing a larger order.

Warranty & damaged goods

All our clocks include at least a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (many brands offer 2–5 years).
If your clock arrives damaged or develops a fault during the warranty period, we’ll replace it.
Please email contact@ohclocks.com.au with your order number, photos and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What happens after you order

  1. Order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
  2. Shipment confirmation email when your order is booked, including tracking link.
  3. If you select ‘Authority to leave’ in the cart, your parcel may be left in a safe place if you’re not home. If not selected, a card will be left with pick-up instructions.

I ordered this clock to place in our caravan. It is runs off mains and or battery, which is one of the reasons I chose it. Also at night the clock can be set to a light glow which is not intrusive. Being on holiday a person can forget the date - this clock provides the date and the temperature. The gift keeps giving.

Love The Product

I recently bought a One Six Eight London clock for my husband and he loves it! It has large digits which he can read easily and it is simple to operate. He has it by his bed and as the digits are not brightly illuminated, it doesn't affect his sleep. A great product.

Bed side clock

Bought a bed side clock very happy except that it did not come with a power cord, just a USB cord. Had to buy an adapter to use the clock.

Nice and simple

Design is simple with a nice layout and good small size. The temperature and date features are enjoyable. The light sensor is a great idea and makes the clock easy to look at in the dark. Only issue is the light for the sensor turns on every 5 seconds and stays on for a short time before turning off, then repeating when I am trying to sleep and it keeps me awake. My only other issue is the alarm sound is not adjustable, which is frustrating as it is very loud so I wake up with a shock each morning. But I like the clock a lot despite the light and sound issue so I give 4 stars.

Many digital clocks are hard to set with buttons that have multiple functions. This one is easy as it has a dedicated switch to select function. I like it and the USB charging availability.

Good Buy

I bought this clock so I could see what time it was at any time of the night. The brightness is dampened down so that it does not annoy you during the night. I well see the point but I would like it brighter so I could read it easily. I have it quite a way from the bed so I think if I could move it closer it would be better. The service from Oh Clocks was excellent and if I ever need anything covered by their range I would not hesitate to go to them first.

Great features and service

We have purchase 2 of these digital alarm clocks by One Six Eight London and could not be happier.

- subdued backlighting is a huge feature both day / night, with additional night time lighting option. neither dominate the room. I like a dark room at night and with the night option, it doesnt dominate the room, and without it, pitch black.

- very easy functions on back.

- touch sensor for alarm or light is great.

- additional USB-C charging x 2 also really handy.

- Battery and mains powered.

I’m surprised there are not more similar options in the market.

And service from Oh Clocks is without fault.

It’s a neat unit, easily adjusted, and worth the purchase, however, I should have investigated the power supply - 5V via a USB plug - so I’ve had to chase around looking for the appropriate adaptor for our 240V supply.
