Two display modes:

1. Default mode is to show the time. In this mode you can press the MODE button to switch to date and temperature for 10 seconds, then it automatically goes back to time display.
   
   
2. Alternately display time, date and temperature. Time displays for 10 seconds, then date for 3 seconds, then temperature for 3 seconds. Repeat

Powered by:

1. Either 3 x AAA batteries (not included). 
   
   When run on only batteries, press any button to show the time. The LED will stay on for 15 seconds then switch off.
   
   
2. Or by mains power with the included USB cable. (Power adapter not included. Simply plug the USB end into any phone charging adapter or usb charging adapter rated at 5V/1.5A). Batteries act as backup when using mains power.
   
   When plugged in with the USB cable the LED will stay on.

Shipping and delivery

All orders ship from Australia. Standard shipping is free to most Australian metro areas and NZ-wide. For other Australian addresses, shipping charges depend on the items in your order and your delivery postcode.
Dispatch is usually within 1–2 business days, and tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel is booked for pick-up.

Express shipping (Australia only)

Need your clock sooner? Choose Express shipping where available.
On eligible metro routes, delivery is usually within 1 business day after dispatch. Regional and remote deliveries can take longer, and delays may occur during busy periods, particularly before Christmas. Check the estimate for your postcode on the product page, in your cart or at checkout.

Change of mind? Easy returns

If your purchase doesn’t quite work out, we’ve got you covered.

• Change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Christmas gift returns extended until 31 January for purchases made 1 Nov to 31 Dec 🎅
• To request a return or exchange, email contact@ohclocks.com.au with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
• Items should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged or develops a genuine fault, we’ll take care of the return at no cost to you.
• Bulk orders incur higher shipping and processing costs, so we may deduct these fees if you change your mind.
  💡 If you’re unsure, it’s best to order one first before placing a larger order.

Warranty & damaged goods

All our clocks include at least a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (many brands offer 2–5 years).
If your clock arrives damaged or develops a fault during the warranty period, we’ll replace it.
Please email contact@ohclocks.com.au with your order number, photos and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What happens after you order

1. Order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
2. Shipment confirmation email when your order is booked, including tracking link.
3. If you select ‘Authority to leave’ in the cart, your parcel may be left in a safe place if you’re not home. If not selected, a card will be left with pick-up instructions.
