To request a return or exchange, email contact@ohclocks.com.au with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Items should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged or develops a genuine fault, we’ll take care of the return at no cost to you.
Bulk orders incur higher shipping and processing costs, so we may deduct these fees if you change your mind.

Warranty & damaged goods

All our clocks include at least a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (many brands offer 2–5 years).
If your clock arrives damaged or develops a fault during the warranty period, we’ll replace it.
Please email contact@ohclocks.com.au with your order number, photos and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What happens after you order

Order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
Shipment confirmation email when your order is booked, including tracking link.
If you select ‘Authority to leave’ in the cart, your parcel may be left in a safe place if you’re not home. If not selected, a card will be left with pick-up instructions.

Clock for Grandfather

The clock arrived very promptly. The 24H display with light sensor adjusts to the room, so sleep is nor disturbed by glare. The screen can be briefly activated by a wave of the hand. This clock helps the elderly to stay aware, alert, but not alarmed.

A digital alarm clock that does the job - easy-to-use, with a large, clear display and a bright backlight at the touch of a button.

Great bedside clock

Large display and the LCD screen is a must for poor sleepers. The two things I would change are the brightness of the night light which is as bright as the headlights of a railway train at 3am in the morning. And the position of the alarm switch which is on the back and hard to turn off without setting of the light. Please note this alarm clock does not come with the 5v power cable so requires batteries.

Minimalist Style and Functional

I am 100% happy with the The Checkmate Induction Multifunctional Digital Alarm Clock. This is the second one I have purchased!
The styling is clean and minimalistic. It is very stable and easier to use than a mobile phone.
It is totally silent.
The numbers, temperature, and date are easy to read but it is at night that it really shines...
You can set only light up if you touch the top. This means it emits NO Light to disturb your sleep BUT lights up if you want to see the time.
The 2 photos I have taken at night to show how dark it is unless you want to check the time.
Thoroughly recommend this clock.

Just what I wanted. Easy to set, no radio to complicate things, very easy to see the time day or night.with the background lighting - a simple touch will put the main light on to see the temperature and date.

Good clock for the price. The light is a little bright if pressed in the dark and the one alarm option is pretty loud and scary for a little kid, but overall a nice clock. The switches for settings on the back feel a bit flimsy but they will hopefully survive. Numbers are a good size.

The PERFECT bedside table clock for my aging years, it was super easy to set up, the display is easy to read, & the brightness is perfect as a night light if our dogs have decided to sleep on the floor.
