    First order arrived broken but they quickly actioned a replacement to be sent out. The clock is lovely and very nice quality and works well. Already received compliments on it. I really loved the companies quickness on replacing the clock after I sent photos evidence of broken clock which obviously happened during delivery. They were polite and apologetic.
