First order arrived broken but they quickly actioned a replacement to be sent out. The clock is lovely and very nice quality and works well. Already received compliments on it. I really loved the companies quickness on replacing the clock after I sent photos evidence of broken clock which obviously happened during delivery. They were polite and apologetic. Love this retro-cool clock! I find myself at least once a day staring at my Jadco Wylie Flip Clock to see the numbers change. I’d even love one with seconds on it, so I can get my flip fix more often! Everyone notices and asks about it, and I’ve got a few people interested in joining the Jadco owner’s crew! I have loose plans to have another two different-sized ones on the wall next to this one, so I can sync them perfectly and dial up the satisfaction!
